Newborn Sleep Support
Personalized sleep support from birth through 4 months
You don't need to figure out newborn sleep as you go.
Newborn Sleep Support gives you personalized guidance from before your baby arrives through the first four months—so you understand what's normal, know what to work on, and have someone to come back to as your baby's sleep changes.
3 private sessions + support between sessions
Know what to do from the beginning
There is an overwhelming amount of advice about newborn sleep.
Wake windows. Feeding schedules. Contact naps. Putting your baby down awake. Bedtime routines. Sleeping through the night.
The hard part is knowing what actually matters for your baby right now.
We'll work together over your baby's first four months so you aren't starting over every time their sleep changes.
You'll learn how to:
Build a flexible daily rhythm around feeding, awake time and naps
Understand when your baby is ready for sleep
Support full daytime feeds and longer stretches of nighttime sleep
Navigate short naps and frequent night waking
Help your baby settle and gradually develop more independent sleep
Know when to step in and when to give your baby an opportunity to settle
Adjust sleep as your baby grows and their needs change
Know what's developmentally normal—and what may actually need attention
No rigid schedules. No expectation that a newborn should sleep perfectly.
Just a clear understanding of what to do next.
How It Works
1. Start before baby arrives
Prenatal Sleep Session
Before your baby arrives, we'll talk through what newborn sleep actually looks like and what you can do from the beginning.
We'll cover feeding and sleep, day/night rhythms, naps, awake time, settling, nighttime sleep and the early habits that are actually worth your attention.
You'll go into those first weeks with a plan instead of trying to learn newborn sleep while you're already exhausted.
2. Adjust once you know your baby
Early Newborn Follow-Up
Now we're working with your baby—not a hypothetical one.
We'll look at what's actually happening with feeding, naps, awake time, settling and nighttime sleep.
We'll troubleshoot what's difficult and adjust your baby's rhythm based on their age, development and what you're seeing at home.
3. Build toward the months ahead
3–4 Month Follow-Up
Sleep changes considerably during the first four months.
We'll revisit your baby's daytime rhythm, naps, bedtime, nighttime sleep and how they're falling asleep.
We'll also talk about what comes next so you understand how to continue supporting sleep as it matures.
And you can ask questions in between.
Because the question you have at 10 weeks probably won't be the question you had at 3 weeks.
You'll have email access to me between sessions for questions and troubleshooting as your baby's sleep changes.
You'll also receive:
Newborn Sleep Guide
A concise reference for the things you don't want to have to remember.
Age-Based Sleep Rhythms
Examples of how feeding, naps and awake time can fit together at different stages.
Personalized Recommendations
Specific next steps based on your baby—not a generic schedule.
What are we working toward?
Not perfect newborn sleep.
We're gradually helping your baby develop the building blocks for healthy sleep:
More predictable days.
Full feeds and appropriate daytime intake.
A clearer distinction between day and night.
Longer stretches of nighttime sleep.
Age-appropriate naps and awake time.
And, when developmentally appropriate, more ability to fall asleep without as much help.
The first four months are a period of enormous sleep development.
You don't need to rush it.
But you also don't have to wait and hope sleep eventually figures itself out.
